SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping and deliveries will incur an additional charge, please contact us for an individual quote.

We deliver all furniture within 1 to 3 weeks with collection options available. We will advise you of any additional delay when you place your order.

Be sure to measure your allocated room carefully so the piece may fit accordingly. Make sure there are no obstructions in your home for ease of delivery. Feel free to contact us for more precise furniture dimensions.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We adhere to the 14 day return policy, however, custom orders are deemed Final Sale and are not able to be returned or refunded. But please contact us if a problem arises and we will happily assist wherever possible.

If you need to return an item because it is faulty, or because of something we have done wrong, we will not charge you for the return/collection. But if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will need to pay these costs.

Please note that our paint finishes can allow the character of the wood to show, for example woodgrain & knots, these are not considered as faults. Also be mindful of heat and moister exposure in your home which may cause some shrinking and splitting.

A full refund will be issued providing that all goods are returned to us in the same condition they were at the time of delivery. Where a refund is to be paid we will usually do this by the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
